Shelly Seymour (she/her) is a mother and an authentic cultivator of love and writing. Her love for Humanity is what fuels her passion to improve the lives of justice-impacted people and communities. She was born and raised in rural Florida and loves the fact that she has country running through her veins.

Despite having experienced abuse and abandonment, she turned her pain into light to help others see their way out of the dark . She has recently started a YouTube channel “Tears Make You Strong”, that aims to encourage people that struggle with depression.

She also does spoken word that feeds the soul. Her hope is to impact survivors of trauma with true change in whatever form that looks like.
