Kelly Lynch
Operations Coordinator
Kelly is a dedicated mom, policy advocate, and recovering addict who channels her passion into humanizing formerly incarcerated people like herself. She currently oversees the Systems Change Fellowship at Community Spring, where she builds power and strengthens leadership among people impacted by incarceration so they can spearhead policy change campaigns in Gainesville, FL.
In her prior work with The River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding and Released Reentry, Kelly trained in restorative justice and supported individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration. Kelly is a former Community Spring fellow and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida.
Kelly is also a Dream Justice Cohort alumni with the nationally recognized Dream.org, where she traveled across the U.S. training in criminal justice policy reform at both the state and national levels. She is now honored to bring that experience home, building a critical mass of directly impacted policy advocates to create change on a local level as the Operations Coordinator of Community Spring
